- Responsible for daily, weekly or periodic of all materials and resources
- Oversee the physical inventory counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and highlight variances to the Restaurant and Bar manager.
- Ensure FIFO is followed in stock issuance and receiving from the designated store.
- Maintain all inventory records, post accordingly on daily basis, and produce weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Implementing loss prevention programs/systems to prevent theft.
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- HND/B.Sc Degree
- Minimum 1 – 2 Years experience in the role
- Proximity to Work location (Ikoyi)
