Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the store’s social media strategies and content across all social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Handle all inquiries and interactions from and with the social media community
  • Develop strategies and calendar for posts and campaigns while effectively interacting with customers
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and interactions across all online and social media channels.

Key Requirements

  • Industry knowledge
  • Young, social media and tech savvy
  • Good understanding of how to successfully navigate and operate various social media platforms
  • Good understanding of social media metrics and data analysis
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
