Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to improve sales conversion
  • Cross sell and up sell company products to customers
  • Manage administrative operations for the store
  • Inform and educate customers on company’s products and services
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, resolution of issues and any other matters
  • Display and merchandise the company’s products in a way that will enhance the shopping experience
  • Generate invoices, quotations and other documents required for a sale
  • Package and arrange delivery of orders in store and out of store
  • Keep track of all engagements with customers to ensure proper follow up and contact

Key Requirements

  • OND or BSC holder
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge to execute the job responsibilities
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Must be familiar with relevant apps and tools required for the job
