Restaurant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthens relationships between existing customers and corporate business by marketing the entire restaurant chain’s menus and drinks.
  • Implements new market segment opportunities and helps the management team develop goals and objectives in response to advertising and promotional opportunities and suggestions from customers.
  • Identifies the needs and sets objectives and clear procedures for new market opportunities for the business.
  • Develop and document product metrics and quality control measures.
  • Actively monitors market trends and competitor activities and provides for restaurant brands.
  • Advancing the creation of the menu and implementation of signage design to the high network customers and corporate profile.
  • Ensures that all financial costs are in line with the permitted or allocated marketing budget.

Key Requirements

  • Bsc. Marketing or Business-related discipline (either local or foreign)
  • MBA is added advantage (An international degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Marketing and other related role with a proven track record to close a sale.
