Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the staff effectively and improve productivity
- Manage operations on behalf of the CEO and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements and tasks as assigned.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative processes and advanced organizing.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great Interpersonal Skills
