Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage the staff effectively and improve productivity
  • Manage operations on behalf of the CEO and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and tasks as assigned.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative processes and advanced organizing.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great Interpersonal Skills
