General Manager/Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop or Improve existing organizational structure and reporting units into functional and effective structure.
  • Work with the management to develop strategic business goals to support. business growth, organizational performance and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the various units and ensure effective and efficient management of departmental operations on the one hand, and the business operations generally.
  • Develop operational processes, structures, policies and procedures for effective management of business operations, which includes but not limited to Administrative Operation, Financial Management, Site/Project Operations and Client Service Delivery.
  • Collaborate with key team members to provide relevant periodic reports and performance reviews necessary for taking business decision and mitigating business risks
  • Oversee the operations of field, sales and project team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate or Construction Operations Management
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or any other Social Sciences or related field
  • Proven capacity to manage business operations
  • Minimum 5 years’ practical work experience in a managerial and operational capacity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to work
  • Organisational, Administrative, and Operations Management skills
  • Managerial and Leadership Skills
  • Computer Literate and Tech Savy
  • Proximity to Location (Victoria Island, Lagos)
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills
  • Project Management Skills
