Key Responsibilities

  • Handling property development and valuation
  • Managing Estate Management on behalf of Clients
  • Inspect properties and undertake necessary valuation processes, prepare valuation reports or bill of quantities for properties as may be required
  • Work directly with project and construction team or clients to provide day-to-day support as may be required
  • Prepare reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information and present data to clients

Key Requirements

  • A degree in Estate Management or related discipline
  • 5 – 6 years hands-on experience as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
  • Knowledge of preparation or assessment of bill of quantity is an added advantage
  • Great mathematical and analytical skills, and a good eye for measurements.
  • Oganized and detail-oriented with a strong experience in this field.
  • Project and time management skills.
