Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assessment of all construction sites.
- Provide detailed plan for all construction projects and ensure project execution in line with the plan.
- Develop project budget for new projects.
- Ensure construction project are delivered within budget.
- Interface with project team members and ensure smooth running of all projects.
- Ensure compliance of regulatory and industry specifications in terms of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with management and team to ensure effective, efficient and timely project delivery.
- Handle and oversee the day-to-day construction activities and operations. Ensure works are carried out in line with quality and safety standards.
- Undertake all necessary project completion inspection and provide report for appropriate handing over of projects to clients.
Key Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- 6 -7 years hands Civil Engineering work experience within building construction space
- Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of construction rules, regulations and standards
- Construction Project Management Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS programs and related softwares and equipment
- Great mathematical and analytical skills, and a good eye for measurements.
- Oganized and detail-oriented with a strong experience in this field,
- Project and time management skills
