Key Responsibilities
- Select, hire, and supervise in all areas of the business and carry them along.
- Responsible for inventory ordering and management at the studio
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
- Record all sales and Follow up with all outstanding payments
- Manage customer complaints effectively
- Responsible for internal control of the stock of the business.
- Manage all Business duties on behalf of the CEO
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience in the corporate world or any other relevant work experience managing operations and people.
- Customer service experience
- Proximity to the business location is important (Lekki phase 1)
- General business skills including budget preparation, drafting reports, and a track record of meeting organizational goals.
